Family Camp, May 21 – 23, 2015
Yes, the date is set for our first family camp, being held at Camp Sunrise on the Sunshine Coast http://www.campsunrise.ca/. The camp has beautiful facilities with lots of activities and a pool. And yes, no cooking or cleaning up – We are doing it right! All meals are included, starting on Thursday night dinner, ending with lunch on Saturday afternoon. Guests are welcome to arrive anytime on Thursday but the first meal provided will be dinner Thursday night. This is going to be an awesome time to hang out together, play, and worship in God’s amazing creation. Our extended family of friends are welcome to join us as well! Revolution Church Welcomes Mike Hanchett
Mike Hanchett will be visiting Revolution Church January 19th through 22nd. Mike is recognized internationally as a minister operating in the prophetic gifting. He is part of an Apostolic/prophetic team (www.ncmi.net) that ministers into local churches all over the world. Mike is married with 3 kids and lives in Denver, Colorado. If you are already familiar with prophetic ministry or are just curious, we would love to have you join us! It is sure to be a special evening and a great way to enjoy God’s presence and also encourage each other in our faith. Join us at Nick and Lisa Russell’s on Monday, January 19th, 7:30 – 9:30. Come early from 7:00 – 7:30 for coffee and tea prior to the meeting’s start.

Christmas Eve Candlelight Service
Join us at Revolution Church in West Vancouver for a warm, family celebration of the birth of Jesus. A short candlelight service and message will be followed by warm seasonal drinks and yummy treats.

Men and God Weekend, November 28-29
The Men and God Weekend is an inquiry into man’s relationship with God, each other and the world. A meditation on the humanity and divinity of Jesus. An experience of true freedom and the power of the Holy Spirit. Come as you are, tell the truth, ask for help and be filled with the Holy Spirit.
Location: Camp Sunrise, Gibsons, BC

Bring: Bible, a friend, sleeping bag, pillow, change of clothes, towel and toiletries
Start: Rendezvous @ 7:00pm sharp Friday, November 28th, Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal
Return: 8:20 pm Saturday, November 29th, Langdale Ferry (arrives back in Horseshoe Bay at 9:00pm)
We will be walking on the 7:25 pm ferry as the camp is 1 block off the landing. If you wish to take the 5:30pm ferry, please let us know (dinner will not be provided Friday night so come fed, or plan to eat on the ferry). The first session starts shortly after arrival Friday night, so be on time for the ferry!

Join us Sunday, November 16th for a screening of “The Cross” with Billy Graham, Lecrae, and Lacey Sturm. This timeless and stirring presentation of hope is followed by a free luncheon in the hall. It is sure to be a moving and encouraging morning. Everyone welcome! Bring a friend along.
Stew Sunday this Sunday, October 5th
Bring your best dish to share Sunday, October 5th. After the worship service, we will enjoy a time of eating together, enjoying good conversation and getting to know each other better. There is always plenty to go around, so invite a friend to come along! Desserts and drinks will be provided by the church.

New Connect Group Series – “The Holy Spirit An Introduction” with John Bevere
Our newest connect group series “The Holy Spirit An Introduction” will start Tuesday, October 14th in North Vancouver and Thursday, October 16th in West Vancouver. In this six-week study by John Bevere, you will learn about the Holy Spirit – His personality, His power, and how you can get to know Him better. Topics covered include; Who is the Holy Spirit?, The Personality of the Holy Spirit, Three Levels of Relationships, Empowered by the Spirit, and the Spirit’s Language. This series will help you grow closer to the eternal God who is passionately in love with you. Sessions start at 7:30 with a half hour DVD followed by discussion and prayer and ending at 9:00.
